A forward-thinking and commercially successful regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Property team in Chichester. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer seeking high-quality work, long-term career progression and a genuinely collaborative working environment focused on excellent client service and professional development.
You will handle a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters, managing instructions from start to finish and building strong, lasting client relationships. The role offers a good balance of independence and team support, with exposure to interesting and complex work.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing a wide range of commercial property transactions
- Advising clients with accuracy, efficiency and commercial awareness
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively within a supportive and well-established team
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory and professional standards
You will ideally have:
- Between 1 and 10 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- A strong understanding of commercial property law and procedure
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- A sound knowledge of relevant regulations, including the SRA Handbook and SRA Accounts Rules
