Our client is seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its well-established and highly regarded private client team.

The Role

  • Manage a varied caseload of high-quality contentious probate matters, including disputes between beneficiaries, executors and trustees

About You

  • Qualified solicitor with 10+ years' PQE in contentious probate
  • Strong client care skills with a professional and empathetic approach

  • ACTAPS qualification desirable but not essential
  • Local market knowledge and an existing following would be advantageous
