Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients both in person and by telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner
- Making appointments, arranging meetings and diary management for the Principal
- Providing support and guidance to other members of the team and the wider team
- Preparing correspondence and documents, including audio-typing
- File management
- Preparing mail and enclosures for despatch
- Arranging for all copying to be completed
- Securing the confidentiality and security of the firm's client documentation and information
