The role
As a Rural Property Solicitor in Aberdeen, you will advise on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, including the sale and purchase of farms, forestry and estates. You will support clients with rural development projects, including renewables and land use initiatives, as well as advising on agricultural tenancies, landlord and tenant issues and succession planning. The role also involves working on partnership matters and assisting clients with long-term land management and estate planning.
About you
This role would suit a Solicitor who:
- Has 3–5 years’ PQE in property or real estate law
- Has an interest in rural property, land or development work
- Demonstrates organisational and communication skills
- Has excellent attention to detail
