A leading UK law firm is expanding its Real Estate Development & Living Sector team and is seeking a high‑calibre Senior Associate, Managing Associate, or Legal Director to join its nationally recognised Real Estate practice based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Development Solicitor to work on high‑profile residential and commercial development projects, advising some of the UK’s most prominent developers, investors, land promoters, and estates.

The successful candidate will take a senior position within a well‑established development team, handling a broad range of real estate development and investment matters, including:
