The Role

The firm is looking for commercially minded lawyers across Associate, Senior Associate and Partner levels to handle a broad range of Commercial Real Estate work, with a particular focus on:

  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Investment and asset management
  • Portfolio management
  • Real estate aspects of corporate/M&A transactions
  • Complex transactional and project management work

You will:

  • Advise on the full lifecycle of real estate assets
  • Work alongside specialists in Dispute Resolution, Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance
  • Play a key role within a supportive team
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior lawyers
  • Contribute to the continued development and success of the department

About You

Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience appropriate to Associate, Senior Associate or Partner level. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong post‑qualification experience in commercial real estate, ideally including portfolio asset management
  • A track record advising on complex transactions and large‑scale portfolio management
  • Experience supporting corporate transactions, particularly within M&A
  • Exposure to investment, development and securitisation structures
  • Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to balance legal risk with practical business needs
