An established, nationally recognised law firm is expanding its Rural & Agricultural Property team in Devon and is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx). This opportunity offers exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, working on complex, high-value residential and rural property transactions across the South West and London.

The Rural/Residential Property Solicitor Role
- Manage a caseload of high-value residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases and transfers
- Handle rural and agricultural property transactions, including estates and land
- Advise on property finance, secured lending and portfolio matters
- Work on transactions across Devon, the South West, London and wider UK markets
- Support business development and client relationship management
Your Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with 4+ years’ PQE
- Strong experience in residential property law or conveyancing
- Exposure to rural or agricultural property desirable but not essential
- Commercial Property Solicitors seeking a transition are encouraged to apply
- Strong technical drafting skills including TP1s, leases and transfers
- Working knowledge of the Building Safety Act beneficial
- Confident working with high-value clients and complex transactions
