Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation in residential property law, seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join its growing team. The Role

  • Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Estate Agents and Lenders.
  • Ensure files are progressed efficiently and in line with business targets.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ PQE qualified Solicitor, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing your own conveyancing caseload.
  • Strong organisational and IT skills, including case management systems.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to meet fee targets.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
