What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing a varied conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, lease extensions and buy-to-let
- Supervising, supporting and developing a small conveyancing team
- Allocating work and ensuring matters progress efficiently while maintaining excellent client service
- Supporting the department with billing, compliance, client relationships and business development
The ideal Candidate will be:
- A Qualified Solicitor or CILEX professional
- Have around 8+ years' PQE in conveyancing, although there may be flexibility for the right person
- Previous experience supervising or managing a small team
- Confidence managing a varied caseload independently
- Commercial Property experience would be advantageous but isn't essential
