I am currently working with a leading international law firm looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Paralegal into its Legal Services Unit. This is a strong opportunity to join a high calibre team supporting a nationally recognised Real Estate practice.
The Opportunity
You will support a busy Real Estate team acting for a range of major clients including developers, banks, pension funds and institutional investors. The role offers exposure to a high volume of quality work within a structured and well supported environment. This is a particularly good option for someone looking to build on their existing Real Estate experience within a top tier, process driven team.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload while also supporting on larger transactions, including:
- Handling asset management matters such as licences, leases, surrenders and variations
- Supporting on acquisitions and disposals, including portfolio transactions
- Title and lease review work and assisting with reports on title
- Managing data rooms and supporting transaction processes
- Assisting with completions and post completion formalities
- Supporting on file opening, compliance and client onboarding
About You
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Paralegal
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Strong communication skills and a team focused mindset
