An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Associate to join a highly regarded and growing London law firm with a strong reputation in the property finance market. The role offers exposure to high-quality lender and borrower work across a diverse range of property transactions.
Working within a successful and collaborative team, you will advise on a broad range of real estate finance matters, including:
- Investment and acquisition finance
- Development finance
- Bridging finance
- Secured lending transactions
- Acting for a varied client base of lenders, investors and property professionals
About You
- England & Wales qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE
- Experience gained within a recognised Real Estate Finance or Banking team
- Strong technical and client management skills
- Commercial, proactive and able to manage matters with increasing autonomy
- An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
