About the Firm
A highly regarded, multi-office UK law firm with a strong presence across the South West, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and London is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Associate Solicitor to join its growing Oxford team. The firm’s Property Disputes team is recognised for handling complex, high-value real estate litigation matters for a diverse client base, including commercial landlords, tenants, developers and private individuals.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Property Litigation Solicitor to take on a key role within the Oxford office, managing a varied and high-quality caseload while contributing to the continued growth of the practice. You will handle a broad range of real estate disputes, including:
- Boundary and title disputes
- Adverse possession claims
- Easements, covenants and rights of way
- Rights of light disputes
- Residential possession and landlord & tenant disputes
- Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) matters
- Commercial lease renewals and dilapidations
- Co‑ownership and cohabitation disputes
- Management company and service charge disputes
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of property litigation matters from instruction to resolution
- Act for both commercial and residential landlords and tenants
- Deliver pragmatic, cost-effective dispute resolution strategies
- Collaborate closely with commercial property and private client teams
- Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees
- Engage in business development, networking and client relationship management
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 7+ years’ PQE in Property Litigation
- Strong technical expertise across real estate disputes and landlord & tenant law
- Proven ability to manage complex caseloads independently
- Commercially aware with a client‑focused approach
- Experience in business development and networking
- Interest in mentoring and team development
