An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Real Estate Finance Solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join the highly regarded Real Estate Finance team of a Legal 100 law firm with a strong national presence. Recognised for delivering exceptional legal advice to a diverse client base, the firm advises banks, alternative lenders, institutional investors, developers, borrowers and corporate occupiers on a broad range of complex real estate finance transactions. The Role
- Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will advise on a wide range of real estate finance matters, including:
- Acquisition and investment finance
- Development finance
- Refinancing and restructuring transactions
- Property portfolio financing
- Secured lending for banks and alternative lenders
- Acting for borrowers, lenders and investors across a range of commercial property transactions
- Drafting and negotiating finance and security documentation
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives
About You
- A minimum of 4 years' PQE gained within a recognised real estate finance or banking team
- Strong technical knowledge of real estate finance and secured lending transactions
- Experience acting for lenders, borrowers or both on commercial property finance matters
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities with the confidence to manage matters independently
- A commercial approach and genuine enthusiasm for building lasting client relationships
- The ability to work effectively within a collaborative, national team environment
