The Role
- Defending professional negligence claims
- Acting on claims against:
- Solicitors and Lawyers
- Surveyors
- Architects
- Engineers and construction professionals
- Providing coverage advice and assisting with policy interpretation
- Working on high-value and technically complex litigation
- Drafting pleadings and other key court documents
- Managing cases day-to-day and advising insurer clients

About You
- Qualified Solicitor (1-8 years)
