Are you a private client paralegal or Will Writer who is looking to work 2-3 days or shorter hours over more days? A small but well-established and highly regarded high street firm in Rugeley is seeking an experienced Will Writer / Paralegal to join its friendly and supportive team on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week). This opportunity would suit an individual who enjoys client-facing private client work within a professional yet personable environment and who is confident managing their own caseload independently.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload including:
    • Wills
    • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
    • General private client matters
  • Conducting client meetings and taking instructions
  • Drafting and progressing files from instruction through to completion
  • Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance procedures are followed

The Ideal Candidate

    • Has previous experience managing their own caseload of Wills and LPAs
