A unique opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Legal Assistant to join a multi-office law firm where your role will be to provide significant support to your direct principal across all five offices.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients both in person and by telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner
  • Making appointments, arranging meetings and diary management for the Principal
  • Providing support and guidance to other members of the team and the wider team
  • Preparing correspondence and documents, including audio-typing
  • File management
  • Preparing mail and enclosures for despatch
  • Arranging for all copying to be completed
  • Securing the confidentiality and security of the firm's client documentation and information
  • Committing time to training and self-development
