The Opportunity - Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
You’ll take ownership of a well-established caseload and deliver clear, practical advice to a loyal and growing client base. Typical matters will include:
- Will drafting and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance tax advice and lifetime planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Court of Protection work
- Trust creation and administration (advantageous but not essential)
Much of the work involves HNW clients across the South Hams, though previous experience with HNW estates isn't a requirement. This is a role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, consistent client contact and the support of a highly approachable team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
- At least 2 years' PQE in Private Client work
- Strong communication and client-care skills
- Able to manage your own caseload confidently
- STEP qualification (or interest in obtaining it) is a bonus
- Trainees close to qualification will also be considered
