We're seeking a Family Solicitor to join an award-winning, people-first law firm recognised nationally for its exceptional workplace culture, progressive leadership and commitment to excellence. The Role
You will manage a diverse, high-quality caseload of privately funded divorce, financial remedy, and children matters, including work for HNW clients. You'll have the autonomy to run your own files, supported by a collaborative team, with opportunities to contribute to business development and networking initiatives. This position suits a Family Solicitor who is commercially minded, detail-driven and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' PQE as a Family Solicitor
- Experience handling privately funded matters and HNW clients
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Confidence in building client relationships and developing new work
- Leadership experience and case management system knowledge are desirable but not essential
