The Role

An established and growing law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational running of the business.

This is a hands-on management role, ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, supporting people and ensuring the firm operates efficiently across every department.

You’ll work closely with the partners to drive operational excellence while acting as a central point of contact for staff, suppliers and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing the firm's day-to-day operations
  • Leading and supporting administrative and support teams
  • Developing and improving internal systems, processes and procedures
  • HR administration, recruitment coordination and staff onboarding
  • Compliance support, including working alongside COLP/COFA where required
  • Facilities management, supplier relationships and office management
  • Budget monitoring and operational reporting
  • Supporting strategic projects and business improvement initiatives
  • Helping maintain an exceptional experience for both clients and employees

About You

You must have experience as a Practice Manager, Office Manager or Operations Manager within a legal environment.

You’ll also bring
