This is an opportunity for a Solicitor with experience in Residential Conveyancing and Private Client work to join an established practice on the Isle of Skye. The role offers a varied caseload, a loyal client base across the Highlands and Islands and the chance to build a long-term career while living and working in one of Scotland’s most scenic locations.

The role

You’ll handle your own caseload independently, working across residential property transactions and private client matters. This will include buying and selling residential properties and crofts, re-mortgages and transfers of title, as well as preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney. Experience with rural property and crofting matters would be beneficial but is not essential.
