This team advise on excellent quality work relating to infrastructure and regeneration schemes, major residential and commercial developments and a broad range of high-value planning work for both public and private sector clients.
What will you do?
- Negotiate and draft planning and infrastructure agreements (Section 106, Section 278)
- Advise clients on planning applications, planning strategy and development risk
- Provide support on national infrastructure projects and development consent orders
- Work closely with the real estate team on development projects
