We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded Property team based in York or Malton.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage Your Own Caseload – Handle residential sales, purchases, remortgages and other conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
- Advise Clients – Draft and review contracts, titles and leasehold documents while providing clear, practical advice.
- Build Relationships – Develop strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and referrers.
- Support the Team – Work collaboratively with colleagues and assist in mentoring junior team members.
- Deliver Excellent Service – Progress matters efficiently while providing a high standard of client care
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) or SQE-qualified
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical ability with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Partners for Windows (or similar case management systems)
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
- Committed to delivering exceptional client care and maintaining the highest professional standards
