The Role
- Advise on a varied caseload including:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Development and construction-related property disputes
- Easements, restrictive covenants and rights of way
- Rights of light disputes
- Boundary and land ownership disputes
- Possession claims and other real estate litigation matters
- Manage your own caseload while also assisting senior colleagues on larger, more complex disputes, gaining exposure to high-value and technically challenging work.
About You
- 3+ years' PQE in litigation
- Property litigation experience, or a genuine interest in developing within this specialist area
- Excellent technical and analytical skills
- Strong communication and client relationship management abilities
- A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
- An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
