You will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims, acting on behalf of individuals pursuing claims against NHS Trusts, GPs, private consultants and other healthcare providers. - Managing a caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from inception to conclusion
- Advising clients on the merits and progression of their claims
- Investigating liability and quantum issues

- Liaising with medical experts, Counsel and third parties
- Providing exceptional client care throughout the litigation process
- Maintaining accurate case management records and progressing files efficiently
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (or Equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years PQE
- Experience handling claimant clinical negligence claims
- Strong litigation and case management skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience using Proclaim would be advantageous
