Responsibilities
- You will advise a sophisticated client base on a broad range of corporate and company law matters, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), disposals and business sales
- Private equity and investment transactions
- Company restructures, demergers and capital reductions
- Shareholder agreements and LLP agreements
- Corporate governance and regulatory advisory work
- Tax‑driven restructures and group reorganisations
- Share schemes, including EMI schemes and HMRC-approved incentive arrangements
- Secured lending, loan agreements and security documentation (training available if needed)

Qualifications
