An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Associate (2-6 PQE) to join the growing Manchester team of a leading national law firm. Working alongside Partners, you'll advise an impressive client base on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work and retail sector clients.
The role offers exposure to high-profile national occupiers, landlords and investors, while providing genuine opportunities to take ownership of client relationships and develop your own business development profile. The wider Real Estate team is one of the largest in the UK, with more than 150 lawyers across multiple offices and the Manchester practice continues to experience significant growth.
You'll join an ambitious and collaborative team acting on a varied caseload including asset management, acquisitions and disposals, commercial development, investment and retail property matters. This opportunity would suit a commercial property solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE who has experience in landlord and tenant work, with retail sector experience being advantageous but not essential.
