What you’ll do

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold)
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and local authorities
  • Prepare legal documents including contracts and completion paperwork
  • Carry out searches, due diligence and compliance checks
  • Handle exchange, completion and post-completion processes

What we’re looking for

  • At least 1 year of conveyancing or property law experience
  • Strong understanding of residential property transactions
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload with strong attention to detail
  • Organised, proactive and able to work well independently and in a team
