Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE looking to take the next step in your career with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm? An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and growing Real Estate team based in Luton. Working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you’ll advise a diverse client base including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, lenders and owner‑managed businesses on a broad range of high‑quality commercial property matters. This is an ideal role for a Solicitor looking to build on their experience within a supportive firm that offers genuine career progression, high‑quality work and a healthy work‑life balance.

The Role

  • You’ll manage your own varied caseload, with support where required, including:
  • Commercial freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, assignments and surrenders
  • Commercial leases and licence agreements
  • Commercial property finance and refinancing transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating easements, licences and related property documentation
  • Land acquisition and development work, including option agreements and conditional contracts
  • Advising on Section 106 Agreements and development matters (desirable but not essential)
  • Managing transactions from instruction through to post‑completion
  • Building strong relationships with clients, lenders, agents and professional contacts

About You

  • You’ll ideally have:
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 3-5 years' PQE in Commercial Property or Real Estate
  • Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions
  • Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
  • A proactive and commercially focused approach
  • Development or development finance experience would be advantageous but is not essential
