About the Role:
You will take responsibility for a varied caseload of property charging, security and funding transactions, acting for both registered providers and for-profit providers involved in significant development, regeneration, maintenance and acquisition programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion
- Maintain direct and proactive client communication
- Collaborate with colleagues across real estate, banking and finance teams on complex matters
- Review due diligence, searches, title documentation and lender requirements
- Provide supervision and support to junior team members
- Assist with integrating the firm’s AI-driven tools to enhance quality and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to merger projects, development schemes and wider strategic initiatives
You will work closely with experienced lawyers across several departments and support a loyal client base including:
- Registered providers
- Institutional lenders
- Local authorities
- Property investors
