This role is open to experienced Solicitors or Legal Executives with strong expertise in trusts, estates, and tax planning who are seeking to transition into a non-fee earning knowledge-based position.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal knowledge across trusts, tax planning, and estate matters
- Monitor and communicate legal developments, case law updates, and HMRC changes
- Draft, update, and manage legal precedents, templates, and know‐how resources
- Deliver internal training, CPD sessions, and legal workshops
- Support business development through technical content, tenders, and articles
- Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (UK qualified)
- Minimum 7+ years' PQE in Private Client / Private Wealth law
- Strong experience advising HNW and UHNW clients
- Excellent technical knowledge of trusts, estates, and tax planning
- PSL or knowledge management experience beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and training delivery skills
