An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Real Estate team in Liverpool. This is an opportunity to join a leading national law firm with a strong reputation in the real estate sector, working with a broad range of occupiers, developers, investors and lenders on high-quality commercial property matters.

The role offers a strong platform for an ambitious Lawyer looking to continue developing their technical expertise, build their profile and work closely with experienced partners within a large and well-established team.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of investment property
  • Sale and leaseback transactions
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Lease negotiations and asset management work
  • Development acquisitions and disposals
  • Development agreements
  • Title reviews and due diligence
  • Portfolio management matters
  • Real estate support on corporate, banking and restructuring transactions

You will also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior lawyers, manage client relationships and play an active role in business development activities.

About You
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Significant experience in commercial property
  • Strong landlord and tenant experience
  • Experience acting for developers, investors, occupiers or lenders
  • Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
  • Keen to contribute to business development and team growth
