The pre-eminent defendant insurance litigation team in Liverpool is looking to recruit a Solicitor (NQ–4 years PQE) to join its developing Motor department, specialising in Credit Hire matters.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of litigated credit hire claims; handling matters from initial review through to settlement or trial.

They will work within a supportive and collaborative team while developing specialist expertise in motor litigation and credit hire.

The role would suit a solicitor with experience in litigated motor claims, ideally with some exposure to credit hire work.

A good understanding of the CPR, strong organisational skills and a proactive approach are essential.
