An established regional law firm is looking to appoint a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its expanding disputes team. This role has arisen due to continued growth within the department and the firm's ongoing commitment to developing its specialist contentious probate offering.
You'll take on a varied caseload of inheritance disputes, challenges to wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, trust disputes, proprietary estoppel matters and executor/beneficiary disputes.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Contentious Probate or closely related Private Client Litigation.
