An established and highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an ambitious Insolvency & Corporate Recovery Solicitor to join its growing team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with around 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You will work as part of a well-respected insolvency and restructuring team, advising a diverse client base including:
- Insolvency practitioners
- Individuals and stakeholders
- SMEs and owner-managed businesses
- Large national and international organisations
The caseload will cover a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, including:
- Corporate insolvency and restructuring
- Personal insolvency
- Litigation and dispute resolution
- Advisory and transactional work
This role offers strong exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to build technical expertise across both litigation and advisory disciplines.
About You
You will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with upward of 3 years’ PQE
- Have experience in insolvency, restructuring, or commercial litigation
- Demonstrate strong analytical and drafting skills
- Be commercially aware with a proactive approach to client service
- Be eager to develop within a collaborative and supportive team
