An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Serious Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly regarded claimant personal injury team recognised for securing outstanding results for clients who have suffered life‑changing injuries. The Opportunity
Based from any of the firm's Yorkshire offices, this hybrid role offers flexibility (including the option to be heavily remote based if required) alongside the chance to work within a supportive and experienced team. Occasional travel to Yorkshire offices is required.
You'll manage your own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues on complex matters, helping clients rebuild their lives following serious injury.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX) or experienced fee earners with experience in claimant personal injury or serious injury litigation.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience managing your own caseload of personal injury or serious injury matters
- A strong understanding of multi‑track litigation and the Civil Procedure Rules
- Experience handling complex or high‑value serious injury claims, membership of APIL or other professional accreditation schemes and an interest in business development would be advantageous but are not essential
