We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Dispute Resolution/Litigation Associate Solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE) to join a modern, forward‑thinking law firm with a strong reputation for high‑quality civil and commercial litigation work. This role offers a varied and intellectually challenging caseload, including corporate, commercial, property and intellectual property disputes, alongside the opportunity to develop client relationships and progress quickly within the firm. Working Hours & Progression
Standard hours are: Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm. Solicitors who generate higher billings are rewarded with enhanced remuneration and accelerated career progression.

The Role
Reporting to Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitors, you will:
- Run your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Delegate to and assist with supervising trainees and paralegals
- Work alongside an established network of experienced Consultant Solicitors
- Handle disputes across multiple practice areas
Areas of work include:
- Property disputes
- Corporate and commercial litigation

- Wills and probate disputes
- Intellectual property litigation
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied civil and commercial dispute resolution caseload
- Handling County Court and High Court litigation

About You
- A qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE) with experience in dispute resolution or litigation
- Experienced in active County Court and/or High Court litigation
- Confident working across a range of civil and commercial disputes
- Able to work autonomously while responding positively to supervision
- Detail‑focused with strong drafting and advocacy skills
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
- Comfortable using modern IT systems and AI‑enabled legal tools
