The role

As Family Law Paralegal, you'll get involved in every stage of family law casework, including:

  • Booking client appointments and keeping them in the loop
  • Taking precognitions and coordinating witnesses
  • Drafting Minutes of Agreement and other legal documents
  • Helping prepare Affidavits
  • Putting together schedules of matrimonial property and checking vouching
  • Handling correspondence with clients and other parties

About you

  • At least 2 years' experience in family law
  • Driven and motivated to deliver a first-class client experience
  • Great people skills
  • Comfortable working towards KPI targets
  • Personable, detail-focused and confident
  • Happy to pitch in and support the wider team
