The role
As a Banking Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll work on banking and finance matters from instruction through to completion. You’ll assist with and increasingly lead on transactions, managing documentation, coordinating conditions precedent and liaising directly with clients. Work will span lender and borrower-side instructions across a range of sectors, offering variety and technical development.
About you
- Is qualified in Scotland, ideally with circa 2+ years’ PQE
- Has experience in banking, finance or broader commercial law
