Are you a Corporate Lawyer looking to move away from fee-earning while remaining closely involved in high-quality transactional work? Working alongside Lawyers across the practice, you'll play a key part in driving technical excellence, developing best practice, supporting training initiatives and enhancing the delivery of legal services. Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining corporate precedents, templates and technical guidance
  • Providing research and technical support on complex corporate and transactional matters
  • Acting as a key point of contact for legal and regulatory developments
  • Delivering training programmes and supporting Lawyer development at all levels
  • Creating practical know-how resources and promoting best practice across the team
  • Supporting client-facing content, legal updates and business development initiatives
  • Driving legal technology adoption and process improvement projects
  • Encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing across corporate and specialist teams

About you:

  • 6+ years' PQE in Corporate law
  • Existing PSL/Knowledge Lawyer or a Corporate Fee Earner seeking a transition
  • Strong experience advising on mid-market M&A transactions and the full deal lifecycle
  • Excellent drafting, technical research and communication skills
  • Experience delivering training or mentoring Junior Lawyers
  • Commercially minded, organised and detail-focused
  • Enthusiastic about innovation, legal technology and continuous improvement
