An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Lawyer or established PSL to join a leading corporate team in a strategic knowledge-focused role. Working alongside Lawyers across the practice, you'll play a key part in driving technical excellence, developing best practice, supporting training initiatives and enhancing the delivery of legal services. Key responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining corporate precedents, templates and technical guidance
- Providing research and technical support on complex corporate and transactional matters
- Acting as a key point of contact for legal and regulatory developments
- Delivering training programmes and supporting Lawyer development at all levels
- Creating practical know-how resources and promoting best practice across the team
- Supporting client-facing content, legal updates and business development initiatives
- Driving legal technology adoption and process improvement projects
- Encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing across corporate and specialist teams
About you:
- 6+ years' PQE in Corporate law
- Existing PSL/Knowledge Lawyer or a Corporate Fee Earner seeking a transition
- Strong experience advising on mid-market M&A transactions and the full deal lifecycle
- Excellent drafting, technical research and communication skills
- Experience delivering training or mentoring Junior Lawyers
- Commercially minded, organised and detail-focused
- Enthusiastic about innovation, legal technology and continuous improvement
