The Role
You will manage an established private client caseload, working closely with High Net Worth Individuals and families. Matters will include UK and international assets, making this an intellectually engaging and commercially valuable role.
Key responsibilities include
- Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and estate structuring
- Trust drafting, trust administration and ongoing trust advice
- Probate and full administration of estates
- Advising high‑net‑worth clients, including entrepreneurs, landowners and farming clients
- Delivering tailored estate planning and succession advice
Requirements
- 5+ years PQE in Private Client law
- Strong experience in IHT planning, trusts and probate
- Ability to manage a varied and complex private client caseload
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx)
- Desirable (Not Essential): STEP qualification or currently working towards full STEP membership
- Full support provided for STEP training
