An established and highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an ambitious Insolvency & Corporate Recovery Solicitor to join its growing team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with around 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

You will work as part of a well-respected insolvency and restructuring team, advising a diverse client base including:

  • Insolvency practitioners
  • Individuals and stakeholders
  • SMEs and owner-managed businesses
  • Large national and international organisations

The caseload will cover a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, including:

  • Corporate insolvency and restructuring
  • Personal insolvency
  • Litigation and dispute resolution
  • Advisory and transactional work

This role offers strong exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to build technical expertise across both litigation and advisory disciplines.

About You

You will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with upward of 3 years’ PQE
  • Have experience in insolvency, restructuring, or commercial litigation
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and drafting skills
  • Be commercially aware with a proactive approach to client service
  • Be eager to develop within a collaborative and supportive team
