  • Ability to provide accurate, up-to-date legal advice on topics such as collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, right of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and Right to Manage under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2022
  • Proficient in managing tribunal or court applications when required
  • Contribute to the expansion and success of the firm
