The Role
- Undertake a range of commercial property and related transactional work connected to energy, infrastructure and strategic land projects.
- Work as part of an experienced and supportive team, managing your own matters while also contributing to larger and more complex transactions.
- Advise on commercial property matters relating to energy and infrastructure projects.
- Support the acquisition and development of renewable energy projects.
- Work on strategic land and development transactions.
- Manage your own caseload with appropriate support.
- Collaborate with colleagues across other legal disciplines on larger projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to the continued development and growth of the practice.
About You
- 1–3 years’ PQE, although candidates outside this range will also be considered.
- Experience within commercial property, rural property and/or energy property.
- An interest in developing your expertise within the energy and renewables sector.
- The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively as part of a wider team.
- Strong communication, organisational and client relationship skills.
