The Role
- You will advise on a broad range of employee incentives and executive remuneration matters for listed companies, financial institutions, private equity houses and multinationals.
- Work includes:
- Designing and implementing share plans and incentive structures
- Advising on tax-advantaged schemes (e.g. EMI, CSOP)
- Supporting on M&A, restructurings and capital markets transactions
- Advising on management equity and executive pay governance
- Drafting incentive documentation and advising on regulatory considerations
About You
- 2–6 years’ PQE in incentives, share plans, or executive compensation
- Experience from a top-tier or international firm
- Strong technical knowledge across tax, corporate and governance matters
