A leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional client service in a supportive and forward‑thinking environment.

Role Overview

  • Advising clients on sales, purchases, re‑mortgages and transfers of equity
  • Managing ID checks, source of funds verification, gift deposits and risk assessments
  • Preparing and issuing contracts
  • Handling mortgage redemptions and exchanges of contracts
  • Ordering and reporting on property searches
  • Reviewing and reporting on titles, leases and raising associated enquiries
  • Checking and reporting on mortgages and management packs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with referrers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with full responsibility for managing your own caseload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Legally qualified (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
