A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy residential property team.

The Role

  • Manage an independent caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
  • Supervise and support staff
  • Contribute to business development, networking and client relationship building

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Experience with freehold and leasehold matters, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, first registrations and site acquisition
  • Able to manage a caseload efficiently while delivering excellent client care
  • Proactive with strong networking and business development skills
