A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly respected and established law firm with offices across the UK. Our client is seeking a motivated and commercially aware individual with at least 3 years’ experience handling Claimant Personal Injury matters, including RTA, EL and PL claims. The successful candidate will have a strong billing history and experience managing both pre-litigated and litigated cases.

The Role:
- Manage your own caseload of Claimant PI matters
- Handle new and existing claims, including litigation
- Attend Court hearings and client meetings
- Liaise with Barristers, medical experts and other professionals
- Draft legal documents, schedules and instructions
- Negotiate settlements and value claims
About You:
- Proven experience in Claimant Personal Injury
- Knowledge of the MOJ Portal and Conditional Fee Agreements
- Strong communication, organisational and client care skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
