Our client, a well-established law firm with three offices across Warwickshire, is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to lead its successful Conveyancing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking to take on a leadership role as part of the firm's succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the conveyancing team across three offices

  • Support training, professional development and compliance within the department
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents and other referrers

About You

  • Significant experience in residential conveyancing
  • Previous experience supervising or managing a team
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
  • Commercial conveyancing experience is desirable but not essential
