Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Day-to-day management of a team of coordinators, including workload planning, performance reviews (1-2-1s) and identifying training needs
  • Global Coordination: Oversee the delivery of corporate secretarial work across various time zones, ensuring all local compliance requirements are met
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary CRM for 3-4 medium-sized global clients, serving as their main point of contact for escalations and service excellence
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to maintain high service standards and identify trends for departmental development
  • Internal Projects: Support strategic business development and process improvement initiatives within the GEMS business
