You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. My client is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Newly Qualified to 3 years’ PQE) to join a Legal 500‑recognised team in Leicester.

You will handle a high‑quality caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, initially inheriting files with the opportunity to grow your own caseload. The role includes:

  • Advising clients on complex and sensitive claims
  • Drafting legal documentation
  • Instructing experts and counsel
  • Attending mediations and settlement meetings

You’ll also support business development through networking and marketing activity. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and organised Solicitor who thrives in a busy, supportive environment.
